Position Overview:
The Healthcare Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting our healthcare clients by identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent into their organizations. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sales drive, an understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to create and nurture long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
Build and nurture relationships with existing healthcare clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Identify and prospect new clients within the healthcare sector, promoting Zonda People's services and value proposition.
Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address any challenges.
- Candidate Management:
Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates using various tools and platforms.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.
Provide candidates with detailed job descriptions, company background, and expectations.
Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Sales and Business Development:
Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales.
Keep updated with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Attend industry events, workshops, and networking sessions to represent Zonda People and foster connections.
Administrative and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all client and candidate interactions in the company's CRM.
Produce regular reports on recruitment activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales on strategies to drive growth and improve processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or healthcare is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector and its challenges.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms.
