Eagleby Kids Early Learning Centre is a beautiful homely centre, which caters for 95 children a day aged between six weeks and six years. This amazing centre has just been award an Excellent rating.
We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our exceptional team at Eagleby. You will have ongoing support from an experienced management team including onsite Centre Managers, Assistant Centre Manager and an Educational Leader as well as a supportive Operations Team and a Leadership & Business Manager.
The successful applicant will:
- Hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
- Show a clear understanding and knowledge of the NQF (National Quality Framework) and QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines).
- Have previous experience in a similar role working with similar age groups.
- Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Show a genuine interest in the Reggio Emilia approach
