CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning business , enjoying continued growth throughout the State.

About the role:

We are looking for a conscientious, performance-driven Client Services Manager to oversee Cleaning operations at key client sites from Gold Coast to Logan area.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and drawing on previous successful experience in managing / supervising (preferably gained in the cleaning / facilities sector). The successful applicant will ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to clients, in accordance with agreed scopes of works and will ensure that services delivered consistently meet or exceed client's expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quickly establish personal & professional credibility with client representatives, contractors and front line employed staff.
  • Deliver first rate customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Establish productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Undertake regular and frequent quality inspections and client liaison at client's sites (company branded vehicle provided).

There will be some stock control and ordering (including cleaning products, equipment, and chemicals) and regular use of a range of administrative and business management software / systems.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Be able to quickly establish rapport and build productive working relationships including supervising employed front line staff.
  • Possess highly effective interpersonal, communication, influencing and personal presentation skills.
  • Be competent at identifying issues, analysing and resolving problems.
  • Have a natural flair for organising and prioritising and 'getting the job done'.
  • Be competent using IT systems and new technology e.g. Laptop, Ipad, Iphone, etc.
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, safety, continuous improvement and personal development.
  • Possession of a blue card or able to obtain one.

Previous success in a similar role in a fast paced, complex environment will have prepared you to operate with significant autonomy and hit the ground running. The successful applicant must have a current QLD driver’s license to drive company branded vehicle and hold or be eligible to obtain a WWC Blue Card. A satisfactory recent Police Criminal History Check will be necessary.
