The Team
Our General Liability team in Brisbane, led by five Partners, has gained superior expertise from handling hundreds of claims, mediations and court procedures. The work covers a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes including public liability, product liability and property damage claims. The General Liability team acts for insurers, brokers, underwriters and claims companies, as well as corporate insureds.
The Position
We are seeking a Solicitor or Associate with general liability experience to join the team. You will have one to four years post-admission experience across a broad range of general liability matters, and the ability to demonstrate a legal grasp of key principles relevant to insurance. This role will be reporting to Stephanie Huestis, newly appointed partner, as she grows her practice.
You will also have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and also the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice.
