Company Overview:

South East Queensland Hauliers is a full service wharf logistics provider based in Hemmant, 5 minutes from the Port of Brisbane. Founded in the 1960's, SEQH have grown to become one of the largest import/export wharf carriers whilst still remaining a family owned and operated business.

SEQH reside on company owned sites in both Hemmant and Toowoomba. Both of which are undergoing 2025 planned infrastructure developments that have been initiated by genuine growth. It’s an exciting time to join!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize stock for Brisbane and Toowoomba depots, ensuring spare parts availability.
  • Source competitively priced parts and issue purchase orders as requested by the Workshop Manager.
  • Manage daily ordering, stocking, and inventory control.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries for correct quantities, part numbers, and condition, then invoice and store items.
  • Process invoices, address discrepancies, and coordinate returns or reorders for incorrect or damaged products.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, delivery couriers, and the workshop team to fulfill stock requests and resolve any inventory-related issues.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience managing truck parts
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Experience in heavy vehicle parts or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to health and safety.
