We are looking for qualified and self-motivated people with Landscape Construction backgrounds to join our team ASAP!
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Understand and carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping tasks including but not limited to planting, mulching, turfing, paving, fencing, irrigation, plant identification and working with machinery to ensure a quality end product.
• Lead, mentor and manage staff including providing support, training in landscape practices, feedback, and positive recognition.
• Approve staff timesheets and conduct staff performance appraisals.
• Read, understand, and follow landscaping plans and program of works and provide feedback.
• Understand landscape construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Provide regular updates and important information to Management and Team.
• Facilitate communications between client representatives, superintendents, and other stakeholders.
