Working in a team environment with Harrison Agents the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the commercial management team, including preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation, review and processing of commercial leases, contracts and agreements.
- Maintain an organised filing system for all lease and contract documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
- Input and manage data within property management systems and software.
- Coordinate tenant communication related to maintenance, lease renewals or other commercial property needs.
- Ensure all commercial properties comply with relevant regulations, including health and safety requirements.
- Assist in managing insurance policies, renewals and claims.
- Track maintenance logs and follow up on completion timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections.
- Collaborate with the team on identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing efforts and property viewings, as needed.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current property representatives license or have the ability to obtain one
- Possession of a current drivers license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Great organizational skills
- Have a sound understanding of google suite and a variety of CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and within a close team environment
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets/KPIS
