Seeking an exceptional Administrative Officer for a Role at SA Health!
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting healthcare services? SA Health is seeking a talented Administrative Officer to join our team in the 803 - SALHN Flinders Medical Centre unit within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
About the role:
Based at the prestigious Repat Health Precinct, this exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services in the heart of Adelaide Metro Southern. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes, providing outstanding support to clinical staff and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Duties for the role will include:
- Maintains client records and CBIS Data Base, schedule appointments, answer telephone and counter enquiries.
- Liaises with the Team Manager of Older Persons Mental Health providing a secretarial service to senior staff as appropriate and provides timely support for Consultants’ Rights of Private Practice (ROPP) and liaises with staff, the public and other professionals to provide information about the service as appropriate.
About you:
- High level of proficiency in keyboard and computing skills.
- Ability to use initiative to prioritise and meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality of a high standard.
