Our client is a high profile Federal Government Department.
Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support in relation to medical programs which aim to provide more doctors in regional, rural and remote areas who are experiencing doctor shortages.
- Respond to complex information requests from doctors and students of medical programs through a shared group mailbox.
- Prepare draft responses to Ministerial or other correspondence.
- Maintain program data bases and tracking systems.
- Data analysis and reporting.

- Flexibility and capacity to provide support wherever required in an environment where there is a high workload and surge capacity is required.

- Well-developed verbal communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative and problem-solve.
- Ability to utilise a range of IT systems including program management systems and learn new systems
Mandatory Australian Citizenship and current National Criminal History Check applies to all roles.
Job Offer
An hourly rate of $58.66 plus super, with hybrid working arrangements available.
An initial 12 month opportunity will be available.
