Description:
As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be working with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to liaise with the clients and industry participants to establish and document the client’s needs and requirements from digital transformation projects and product development.
The objective is to gather the necessary details and information and then handed over to the other delivery team members for further development. This role will involve collaborating across the project delivery to ensure that all client needs are interpreted correctly, contracted, and achieved. Strong customer relationships are essential and require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry research
Market and competitor analysis
Understand regulatory compliance and standards
Client demographic and needs analysis
Regularly review new technology that could be integrated into products and projects
Product development
Analysing industry and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather critical feedback and iteratively refine the development process.
Lead the inputs to design and review test cases
Project implementation
Interface with clients and manage stakeholders
Detail document client needs such as Executive Summaries / Business Plans / User stories / Acceptance criteria etc.
Facilitate scoping and business priority setting.
Liaise with client and project team to identify needs, project planning and cost estimation in the engagement process.
Hand over knowledge and relationships to other team members.
Develop and deliver training programs.
