Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of client services representatives, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of client services representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor client feedback and respond to any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are being met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide regular reports to senior management on client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in client services or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM software and other client management tools
