Description:
Randstad is currently recruiting Customer Service Officers for a well known and reputable Government Department.
These roles are based in CBD. Successful applicants will commence immediately, assignment 3, 6 and 12 months are available. Days of work will be Monday-Friday, full time hours between 8am and 6pm. Opportunity for some evening work during peak periods. Hourly Rate $37-43. The successful applicants have a NPC. If you have a Customer Service or Contact Centre background, have strong Microsoft Office skills, have the ability to navigate multiple screens and are able to adapt and learn new programs quickly then we would like to hear from you today!
Required Security Clearances
- National Police Clearance (NPC) obtained within 6 months
The Role:
What you will do:
- High level advisory and issue resolution
- High level administrative tasks duties
- Provide guidance to queries
- Interpret customer information
- Complaints managment
- Generate and maintain appropriate records and documentation
- Undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews
Essential Experience/skills:
- Experience in dealing with high volume calls
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background in customer service
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Windows based PC environment
- Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to problem solve and learn new technologies
