As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Engagement & Support Specialist who thrives in a startup environment—someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping in where needed to help our clients succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just a support role—it’s about making an impact. Your day-to-day will vary, but expect to:
✅ Be the first line of support – Respond to client queries via Intercom and email, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
✅ Run live client sessions – During peak reporting periods, you’ll jump on video calls to screen share and guide clients through processes.
✅ Improve our knowledge base – Create and update Intercom articles to help users self-serve.
✅ Collaborate with Product & Engineering – Spot patterns in client feedback and work with the team to improve our platform.
✅ Onboard new clients – Help them get set up, confident, and ready to go.
✅ Shape the future of Nuj – Your insights will directly influence how we enhance our platform, ensuring we solve real customer pain points.

📅 Peak periods vs. off-peak work – During reporting deadlines, expect more real-time client interactions (e.g., troubleshooting via video calls). In quieter periods, you’ll focus on improving support resources, refining processes, and working with Product.
📅 Available during business hours – Our clients work 9-5, so you’ll need to be available during that time.
