Position: Cafe All-Rounder/Customer Service/Waitress
Location: Brindabella Business Park, ACT 2609
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages promptly
- Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensuring tables are clean and set up for the next guests
- Handling cash transactions and using the POS system
- Collaborating with the kitchen and barista team for a seamless dining experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and proactive attitude
