The exciting opportunity:
- Newly created position - be the first internal Occupational Therapist
- Drive growth by transitioning Occupational Therapy services from a brokered arrangement to an in house offering
- Assist to create and implement new systems and templates, including assessments
- Visit clients in their home, applying your specialist knowledge to empower clients, maximise their independence and improve their sense of well-being
- Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust comprehensive, holistic and progressive care plans
- Build productive relationships and involve clients in the decision making process for their care
- Prescribe equipment and recommend home modifications
- Deliver advice, education and training to clients and their families

- $110k - $120k + super
- Fully registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
- Must have experience as an Occupational Therapist in home care or disability and an understanding of the funding models
- Demonstrated ability conducting thorough assessments and creating holistic care plans
- Be confident and relish the opportunity to work autonomously and use your initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and families
