- Two month hand over and onboarding
- Training on dialogue, cold calling and door knocking
- Conducting one-on-one staff meetings
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Facilitating interviews, and managing the hiring process
- Attending sales meetings
- Implementing training programs
- Carrying out reference and background checks
- Manage recruiter relationships
- Attend team building activities in and out of the office
- Back up support with open homes and auctions as required
- Diary and email management
- Experience in real estate managing the sales process
- Highly organized
- Strong diary and email management skills
- A Class 2 real estate license
- Experience carrying out market appraisals
- A valid drivers license and reliable car
- Confidence with prospecting dialogue and processes
