What you will be doing:
- Working environments- office/clinic in Balcatta, community, and working from-home options
- Deliver evidence-based, innovative, and high-quality services to private patients and NDIS participants at clinics and client's homes
- Mixed ages caseload - Conditions/services include the development of fine motor skills, cognitive skills, problem-solving, memory, hand-eye coordination, sensory processing, visual perception, social skills Etc.
- Recommend equipment and assistive technology to improve daily living and recommend home modifications
- Opportunities to tailor your caseload to your interest area
- Once comfortable in your new role, opportunity to supervise junior/new graduate Occupational Therapists
- Industry-leading salaries - earn between $90,000 - $110, 000 + super (depending on experience)
- No set KPIs with a focus on quality therapy
- Lucrative travel allowance $1 per Km
- $2000 PD allowance plus 2 days of study leave
- Work within a transdisciplinary team of, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologist and Exercise Physiologist
