About the Role:
NHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL to join our Sales team in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Sales Manager- Projects, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships and increasing NHP’s market share throughout South Australia.
Technical training & support will be provided!
Other responsibilities include:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with switchboard builders and key industry stakeholders
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and exceed expectations
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity and market opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to drive business growth

Ideally you will have / be:

• Strong knowledge of switchboards, standards and the switchboard building industry
• Proven experience in business development and managing client accounts
• An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate their needs into business solutions
• Results driven with a focus on achieving business objectives
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
