With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and world-class service, they are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive their brand strategy, customer engagement, and growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Analyse industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee content creation, social media, SEO, paid media, and email marketing to drive engagement and sales
- Manage PR, influencer collaborations, and community engagement to enhance brand reputation
- Develop CRM strategies, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences to boost customer engagement
- Use data analytics to improve marketing efficiency, campaign ROI, and customer segmentation
- Align marketing with business operations, mentor teams, and manage budgets effectively
- Track marketing performance and ensure initiatives support key business objectives
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally in hospitality, F&B, or related industries
- Proven track record in brand strategy, digital campaigns, and data-driven growth initiatives
- Experience driving brand awareness and sales growth, ideally within the food & beverage space
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing and CRM
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Passion for hospitality, food culture, customer experience, and brand storytelling
