About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Credit Controller who knows how to balance firm but fair credit management with strong relationship-building. In this role, you’ll manage a key ledger, ensuring accounts are well maintained and payments are received on time.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll play an important role in keeping cash flow on track while working closely with customers and internal teams.
• Collections & Credit Control: Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate solutions to minimise overdue accounts.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Maintain accurate records and proactively manage the AR ledger.
• Credit Assessment: Review potential customers and set up accounts based on creditworthiness.
• Reconciliations: Identify and resolve account discrepancies efficiently.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with internal and external teams to keep payments on schedule.
• Payment Allocation: Ensure all payments are correctly processed and applied.
What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 4+ years in end-to-end credit control.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong Excel and experience with Great Plains highly desirable.
