About the Role:
The overall purpose of the Senior Marketing Automation Officer, International role is to support the delivery of enquiry to acceptance conversion improvement through the enhancement and optimisation of digital marketing practices and processes through Marketing Automation.
This is a 1-year fixed-term maternity leave backfill position (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 6 classification and the salary range is $ 87,381 - $ 94,582 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution.
An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:
- Responsibility for the successful conversion of prospective international students from enquiry to acceptance, developing marketing automation campaigns to improve the conversion rates at each stage of the lifecycle
- Responsibility for the development, coordination and evaluation of international marketing automation conversion campaigns to meet international student load targets
- Support the Senior Manager Marketing Automation in developing and executing integrated marketing automation strategies and initiatives which deliver the University’s strategic goals.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Marketing Automation campaign management (including digital), providing insights and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management, providing insights and reporting using a marketing automation platform such as Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), influencing and negotiation skills, data analysis skills, presentation and report writing skills.
