Join a high-performing marketing team as a Communications & Digital Marketing Manager, playing a crucial role in leading digital marketing initiatives, managing CRM platforms, and creating engaging content. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in campaign execution, digital content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help enhance the organisation’s reach and visibility.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Manage digital campaigns (social media, email, website)
- Oversee website content, SEO, and user experience
- Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, event collateral)
- Utilise CRM for audience segmentation and automation
- Copy & Proofing oversight for Marketing Content
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and agencies
- Represent the organisation at industry events
- Ensure marketing materials meet regulations and brand guidelines
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven digital marketing & communications marketing experience
- Strong digital marketing expertise across web, social media, and email platforms
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofing skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean environment with a hands-on approach
