Your skills and experience
You will come from a background working as a service crew operator in an UG hard rock mine. Your previous experience working with maintenance and install work on UG hard rock mining service will be essential in your success in this role. You will also have;
- Have strong safety record and safety attitude
- Ability to carry out your duties to a high standard
- A strong work ethic & commitment to the role
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- Manual drivers license

The duties and team
Reporting to the shift boss/ leading hand on your crew you will enjoy working in a close-knit team of service crew operators. Your duties will involve;-
- Mining support services
- Pumps and sumps maintenance, installation and repairs
- Working on EWP's/ ITs and other UG machinery
- Working with power tools and assisting with maintenance duties where needed
