The role

Adbri is seeking a dynamic Workforce Management Specialist to support the ongoing deployment of the Dayforce Workforce Management solution. This includes overseeing scheduling, timekeeping, and the Dayforce Touch network, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a framework for roster management at Adbri;
  • Support operations managers and scheduling administrators responsible for day-to-day administration of site rosters and schedule templates;
  • Training for new users and trouble-shoot complex or unusual problems;
  • Work with payroll to ensure pay accuracy is achieved and pay compliance objectives are met;
  • Coordinate the maintenance of Adbri’s network of timeclocks to ensure performance and maximum up-time.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees into the timeclocks.
  • Collaboration with Payroll and P&C staff regarding payment queries that arise from scheduling matters.

What you will need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, human resources or related field
  • Experience with Dayforce Workforce Management, or other schedule based timekeeping software
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various business areas and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive prior experience in award and collective agreement interpretation and implementation within a workforce management system
  • Analytical Skills
