We are proudly partnering with a leader in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field who are looking to expand their Adelaide Rehabilitation Counselling team. If you are a Provisional Psychologist or qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor looking for the best opportunities, look no further.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessment and support services (vocational capability, career counselling etc)
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
Ideally, you'll have some exposure to workplace injury management or vocational counselling, but all experience levels welcome. Amazing training can be provided if you have a genuine passion for workplace injury rehabilitation and are wanting to start your career in this field. Please note it is essential that you have full registration with ASORC, or provisional AHPRA registration as a psychologist to be considered.
This role is offered 3 days per week, but 4 days can also be considered.
Salaries range from $75,000 - $90,000 (full time and based on experience, pro rata for part time) + super + monthly bonuses. For provisional Psychs, you'll also get $5,000 towards external supervision per year.
