We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent, ICT Support Officer to join the ICT team at Catholic Education South Australia (CESA). You’ll be working with a variety of technology and helping to provide on-site support to multiple schools. The technology you will work with is diverse, making this a dynamic role with the opportunity to develop your skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support and service to staff and students across multiple schools.
- Ensure all assigned support requests are promptly resolved (Level 1 and 2 support).
- Provide incident response and incident diagnostic and resolution support for users and incidents raised.
- Deploy, configure, upgrade and support devices including but not limited to desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals.
- Install, configure, upgrade and support services including, but not limited to, operating software (MacOS, iOS and Windows), applications and systems (including Microsoft 365 and JAMF).
About You:
You’ll be a great fit within the ICT Support Officer role if you have a customer centric approach, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You’ll need:
- ICT experience in similar role, with exposure to a broad range of technologies.
- Experience with and sound knowledge of general operating systems and software (Apple and Microsoft technologies).
- Expertise in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- A strong ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Record of delivering quality service to users.
- Relevant qualifications and industry certifications will be advantageous.
The successful candidates will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working with Children Check, E-Screen, Applicant Declaration Form and RHAN.
