Social Worker Locum Contracts - Western Australia
Zenith Search are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Social Workers for locum contracts across various locations in Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact while gaining diverse experience in different settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality social work services across a range of client groups, including families, children, adults, and vulnerable populations.
- Assess and support clients through complex situations such as domestic violence, mental health issues, and family conflict.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-centered care and support.
- Advocate for clients and connect them with relevant resources and services.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and provide reports as required.
- Participate in supervision, professional development, and training opportunities.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications in Social Work (Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent).
- Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) registration desirable.
- Previous experience in social work roles, with a focus on community, child protection, mental health or CAMHS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
