Tradewind is proud to partner with The Orange Door (TOD) in seeking an Aboriginal Identified Team Leader to support the Aboriginal Response Team.
🔹 About the Role:
As the Team Leader, you'll lead and guide practitioners supporting Aboriginal community members accessing services through The Orange Door. You'll shape intake, risk assessment, crisis response, and service referrals, ensuring culturally safe support. You'll also work with the Aboriginal Practice Leader to provide cultural consultation.
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ Identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
✔ Experience leading teams in family or community services
✔ Knowledge of risk assessment, crisis intervention, and referrals
✔ Strong cultural knowledge and ability to provide cultural support
✔ Great communication and teamwork skills
