LiveBig is a specialist multidisciplinary allied health team providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability. We provide services at home and in the community and operate in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, & Brisbane. We need an amazing person to join us in Melbourne. WHAT ROLE WE ARE OFFERING
The Allied Health Assistant works with our speech pathologists and occupational therapists to deliver clinical services and support to people living with disabilities in the community. This role is based from home working in your community, with supervision from highly-experienced Melbourne-based clinical managers
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with our clinicians to manage ongoing therapeutic services for clients
- Provide in-person therapeutic support to clients under supervision
- Assist with team clinical administration tasks
- Prepare resources for clients
- Provide feedback to clinicians on the progress of clients and help with any necessary adjustments to their therapy plan
- REQUIRED - Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance OR currently entering/in the final year of your occupational therapy or speech pathology degree/masters
- A passion for working with people with a disability - we love what we do and only hire staff who have that same drive
- Experience working within the NDIS is desirable
