We are looking for a skilled Farm Hand to join our team on a large-scale farming operation focused on cotton, wheat, sorghum, and chickpeas. This role is based in the vibrant town of Goondiwindi, offering not only a great work environment but also a thriving community. The farm is predominantly irrigated, complemented by some dryland areas, enhancing both the diversity and the challenge of the role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a broad range of John Deere machinery, ensuring efficient use during farming operations.
• Perform mechanical services and repairs on farm equipment to maintain high operational standards and minimise downtime.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to operate John Deere agricultural machinery.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong work related references.
