ABOUT THE ROLE
In this part-time Events Coordinator role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the team responsible for delivering high-quality seminars, conferences, and corporate events. With diverse responsibilities, including event planning, schedule management, and logistical coordination, this role provides a great opportunity to showcase your organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES
- Manage event registrations, invoicing, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate event communications, surveys, and timelines
- Ensure successful event delivery by managing projects and meeting deadlines
- Provide logistical support for seminars, conferences, and other events
- Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials
We are looking for a passionate and proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a strong team mentality. You should be highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have prior experience as an Events Coordinator, ideally within the corporate space.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an Events Coordinator role (membership or association experience highly beneficial)
- Exposure to coordinating corporate events - such as breakfasts, educational series, or networking dinners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
