About the role
Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the performance of an office portfolio and provide exceptional customer service and experience. You will be supported by leasing, finance, administration, property and facilities management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement asset management plans and strategies.
- Financial management and reporting.
- Seek opportunities and minimise risk.
- Achieve successful leasing outcomes.
- Act in the best interest of the investment and business.
- Drive outcomes from various stakeholders including property and facility managers.
About you
This would suit an experienced Property Analyst looking to progress into Asset Management. To ensure your success, you will be required to have:
- Formal qualifications in property (or related field).
- Experience performing analytical functions that support a portfolio is essential.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements, market trends, challenges and conditions specific to the office sector.
- Highly developed relationship management, organisation, communication and presentation skills.
