YOUR ROLE
The Facilities Officer supports the provision of corporate facilities including maintenance, minor capital works and support for our six corporate facilities. This role is designed to support the wider Facilities & Asset Management Team across a range of agreed quality and service levels. This role would suit an experienced Facilities Officer. The Facilities & Asset Management Team is focused on accurate, timely and responsive provision of information, and excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure all task risks are documented and escalated as required and provide regular accurate reporting to the Team Leader and key internal stakeholder.
- Ensure all key documentation and compliance requirements are obtained and recorded correctly
- Support the HEAT management system for maintenance requests including the timely engagement of contractors and monthly reporting on KPIs
- Provide reporting templates and mechanisms for MACS management
- Support the supervision of various small contracts including the corporate security contract
ABOUT YOU
- You are a proven, successful Facilities Officer with ability to initiate and develop logical administration systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- You have a Excellent time management skills in prioritising and planning workloads to meet strict deadlines
- You can demonstrate knowledge and ability to prepare reports and briefings and communicate these effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- High level knowledge and skills working with relevant software packages, especially within the Microsoft Office package.
