The initial 12-Week Training starts in June 2025 and is conducted remotely, Monday – Friday 9AM – 5 PM AEST

Our only requirements are that you are able to commit to our 12-week training program prior to employment and have full working rights in Australia for a 2-year period with the ability to work onsite in Melbourne .

Requirements

THE ROLE:

With _nology, you will embark on 12 weeks of fully funded training in software and cloud engineering, followed by an 18-month placement opportunity with one of our hiring partners, gaining invaluable industry experience. Please note that there will be a 2-week break in line with end-of-year business closures and the holiday period.

Our Pathway To Tech Program provides you with strong technical foundations designed to ensure you enter the sector with confidence! Once job-ready, you’ll have opportunities to work with our hiring partners who span innovative sectors like Financial Services, Consultancies, Entertainment, Big Tech, and Government. Think ANZ, WooliesX, AGL, Macquarie Bank, NSW Government, Sportsbet and PWC - to name a few.

The training curriculum is taught by industry experienced coaches with a focus on practical experience, equipping you with the necessary skills for technology roles across a range of in-demand disciplines like Software, Cloud, Data and QA Engineering.

With over 90% of our _nologists securing a permanent position at the end of their placement period, _nology is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to switch into a rewarding new career.
