With an impeding software upgrade, your strong IT skills will be put to the test as you participate in the migration process and become the site lead/trainer for use of the new ERP system.

We expect the successful candidate will possess the of the following attributes.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting qualifications.
- Payroll experience including use of payroll software & STP.
- Experience with preparing monthly accounts to trial balance.
- Experience in BAS preparation.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and passion for accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy with advanced MS excel skills
- Exposure to modern ERP/Accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Onsite lead and trainer in new accounting software.
- Accountable for accounts payable & receivable activities ensuring timely payments and collections are maintained.
- Processing weekly payroll.
- Processing foreign currency payments.
- Reconciling GL accounts and processing journals.
- Preparation of month end reports.
- Preparing and submitting BAS statement online.
- Banking and bank reconciliations.
- Processing landed cost of incoming goods.
- Ordering office supplies
- General administration activities.
