  • $200 per hour or 75%
  • 2 RNs on at all times
  • 2 Treatment room
  • Travel, vehicle & accommodation
  • Group teaching practice
  • 6 Consulting rooms
  • Procedure room
  • CDM Nurse
  • Best Practice
  • 8am - 5pm weekdays
