Niche Logistics is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to assist our team in Brisbane. This part-time position (20 hours per week) is ideal for someone with administration experience, looking to contribute to a fast paced transport environment

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with admin and bookings for transport operations
· Support the team with paperwork, POD checking, and scheduling
· Provide general administrative support to the operations coordinator
· Assist during periods of annual leave with occasional longer shifts
· Learning and understanding key transport processes
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in administration or transport support
· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
· Flexible and willing to support the team as needed
