The PositionAn opportunity exists for a Senior Medical Officer (SMO) to join a rural hospital and general practice setting in Queensland. The role involves providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medical care across multiple health services, with 24-hour emergency department coverage on a rostered basis. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and supervise junior doctors and students.
