Key accountabilities of the role:

· Honeywell PHD and Aveva PI production support

· Resolve tickets under the applications under the defined scope (related to PHD and PI)

· ITIL support

· Client and User coordination

· Resolve tickets within defined SLAs

· Lead the team

· Prepare and Present reports to customer

Key Challenges of the role :

· Technical knowledge in Honeywell PHD, Aveva PI, PLC, SCADA, Process Control Systems, DCS

· High Impact communication
