Description:
- Prepare and manage the company's financial statements, including balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow statements
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Handle tax filings and support external audits
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide management with insightful reports to guide business decisions
- Lead and participate in initiatives to improve financial processes and drive efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business growth
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across financial operations and lead initiatives to streamline work flows
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or finance with CA/CPA certification
- Proven experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of management accounting
- Experience in driving change or process improvements
- Experience within a fast-paced, industrial, or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- A proactive, change-driven mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate
