FULLTIME WORKSHOP BOILERMAKER / WELDER – Minimum 38 hours a Week with Potential Overtime.Tidal Solutions offer specialist support services to the Mining and Oil & Gas industries with complete maintenance and construction solutions, including onshore, offshore and isolated mine site support services. About the Role
We’re on the hunt for skilled, safety-conscious Boilermakers to join our team for an ongoing role! Enjoy a fulltime Monday to Friday roster, 38 hours per week, with additional overtime as the work requires.
Your day-to-day will include general fabrication, oxy & plasma cutting, and welding with TIG and MIG on materials like aluminium, stainless steel, and various steel grades. You’ll also be working with stick welding across all grades and operating tools like presses, guillotines, and pipe benders. Don’t worry if you’re new to CNC—training is available!

Basic Requirements
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- National Police Clearance
- High Risk Work Licence (WP &LF) - Desirable
- Previous mining experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical
- All applicants must have the right to work in Australia
