Our legal support roles are defined by any previous experience and qualifications you may have.
Trainee Junior Legal Assistant
As a Trainee Junior Legal Assistant you will be guided and mentored by one of our Senior Legal Assistants and learn on the job. You are not required to have any previous administrative experience or qualifications but customer service experience is highly regarded. This is a great way to start your career in a legal support role and gain exposure to a legal environment. After 6 months as a trainee, you will automatically receive a pay rise and be promoted to Junior Legal Assistant where you can continue to build upon the foundation knowledge and skills you gained under the supervision of a Senior Legal Assistant and start to gain more responsibilities and autonomy.
Junior Legal Assistant
Starting out as a Junior Legal Assistant, we look for candidates who have an interest in the legal industry and may have studied in business, administration, legal practice or a related field. We also expect that you will have some work experience in administration or customer service.
Legal Assistant
As a legal assistant, you will already have 2 – 3 years of experience in a legal support role and are looking to gain more responsibility in supporting the management of client files and further develop your career towards becoming a Senior Legal Assistant.
Senior Legal Assistant
Entering our Firm as a Senior Legal Assistant, we expect that you will hit the ground running, drawing upon your extensive experience in legal support (preferably in plaintiff law) where you will support our trainee junior legal assistants, draft court documents and manage client files.
If you are motivated, hardworking and enjoy a fast-paced workplace, then consider a career with us.
Submit your application today and we will contact you when a suitable role becomes available, that matches your profile and experience.
