Description:
We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our inbound call centre team in Dandenong South.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the customer service team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Inbound call centre environment
- Providing high quality customer service to internal and external clients
- Accurately input customer orders into the system
- Notify clients of changes in items, availability of products and out-of-stock products
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times
- Compile daily driver delivery paperwork
- Liaise with Warehouse and Transport departments to process additional orders
- Processing credits and invoices to customers
- General customer service and administration duties as required
About You:
To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:
- Previous customer service experience in an inbound call centre environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Sound numeracy skills
- Available long term on either a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern
