6-Month Temporary Contract (with potential 12+ month extension) to support the newly formed Australian investment business of an international firm. Based across Perth, Sydney, and Brisbane, the Commercial Office Coordinator supports administrative functions and day-to-day operations. Description
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts.
- Asset management support through governance and commercial operations
- Coordinate IT support with Washington office such as troubleshooting office equipment (printers, computers), setting up new hardware or software, and assisting with basic technical issues.
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies & ordering when required
- Manage & maintain Perth tenancy by submitting & coordinating service requests & booking office amenities where needed
- Maintaining team calendar & team co-ordination
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and emails. Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for all team members
- Receive, distribute, and file all project documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update document control procedures as necessary.
- Ensure that all documents are properly formatted, reviewed, approved, and stored.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to document control.
