Description
As the General Manager of Operations, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of about 400 who specialise in offering care-based services. You will oversee daily operations, workforce planning, and improvement initiatives aligned with the company's strategy and business goals. Your responsibilities will span a variety of services, including Community Services, Disability Services, Child Welfare, and Supported Independent Living (SIL).
You will provide coaching and mentoring to your team, managing both direct and indirect reports, while driving a customer-centric culture. This is a hands-on operations role with a strategic focus, supporting the business's growth and ensuring service excellence across all areas.
