Role: Change Management Lead
  • 12 months engagement + extensions
  • Newstead based, 2 days WFH
  • Open to Brisbane based candidates only
About the role:
Exciting opportunity to join our client as an Organizational Change Lead in their journey to implementing cloud data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • Degree in change management, project management, human resources, or related discipline, or certification in a recognized change management framework.
  • Experience leading organizational changes in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience with Prosci change framework.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking skills.
  • Experience with enterprise cloud data and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project approaches.
