ABOUT THE ROLE
Our people team is growing to support our exciting plans for big growth! Our People are at the heart of our business and as our HR Advisor you will take a collaborative approach to execute people strategies across our team. Always with our People First value in mind, you will provide generalist HR advice and coaching on critical conversations ensuring our teams feel supported. You’ll deliver HR initiatives that support Group talent development and partner to run performance-led workforce planning and succession frameworks because we know our future leaders are already amongst us. This is a high impact role within a driven and passionate people team – perfect for someone looking to make the move into an innovative retail business.
This role will require travel to our different office locations with your own mode of transport.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources Coordinator / Advisor role
• Experience coaching people to deliver feedback, proven ability in dispute resolution and proactive on finding the best solutions for people
• Knowledge in local and industry HR legislations and requirements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external brand partners and stakeholders at all levels in the business
• Ability to use your judgement to make impactful decisions that will inspire a positive outcome
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create meaningful work relationships that best support our people
• Team player with the ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience dealing with ambiguity
• Degree / Qualification in Human Resources is preferred
• Ability in Microsoft Word and Excel
