Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Stay informed about packaging solutions, including filling lines, automation technologies, and production equipment, to effectively present and sell to clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, prepare tailored proposals, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams-engineering, customer service, and marketing-to deliver customised solutions to clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track pipeline progress, and provide performance updates to leadership.

Profile

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role-preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Strong technical aptitude or experience with packaging machinery and automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
