Your Role: As a Supervisor , you'll be on the floor, leading by example to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Lead & manage a team of 6-8 machine operators
Oversee daily production to meet quality, efficiency & productivity targets
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with customer requirements
Troubleshoot machinery & workflow issues to minimise downtime
Ensure strict OH&S standards and promote a clean, safe workspace
What You Bring: ✔ Manufacturing supervisory experience - hands-on leadership style
✔ Forklift license (essential) - must be comfortable operating machinery
✔ Strong problem-solving skills - ability to think on your feet
✔ Mechanical mindset - understanding of production equipment and processes
✔ Excellent communication skills - ability to direct and motivate a team
✔ Commitment to safety & quality - a proactive approach to compliance and efficiency
