About the Role

As a passionate Speech Pathologist , you’ll work with clients of all ages and abilities, delivering evidence-based, culturally appropriate services across home and community settings. Collaborate, grow and receive guidance from supportive multi-disciplinary team, with support and supervision from Senior Practitioners.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Assess and support clients’ language, literacy, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals.
  • Empower clients through culturally safe, strengths-based approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

  • SPA registration & valid driver’s license (pool cars provided).
  • Passion for enabling people with disabilities to reach their goals.
  • Integrity, respect, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
